1 - Introduction:
Welcome to the VerQuote platform that connects suppliers and purchasing officials to facilitate the process of submitting and receiving price quotes. By using this platform, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
2 - Registration and use of the account:
- All users (purchasing officials and suppliers) must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
- Each user is responsible for protecting their account data, including the password, as the platform is not responsible for any unauthorized use of your account.
- Accounts that use false or misleading data will be suspended or deleted without prior notice.
3 - Services provided
- The platform provides buyers with the ability to send and receive price quote requests from suppliers registered on the platform.
- Suppliers can submit price quotes in response to requests submitted by buyers.
- The platform does not guarantee that any price quote will be accepted by purchasing officials.
- The platform is not responsible for the quality of products or services offered by suppliers.
4 - Fees and Subscriptions:
- Subscription for suppliers is for a specific monthly fee unless free offers or specific discounts are provided.
- The first suppliers (up to 1000 suppliers) will be able to benefit from a free membership for a specific period.
- All fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5 - Financial Policies:
- Any financial transactions that take place between purchasing officials and suppliers outside the scope of the platform and the platform is not responsible for them.
- The platform does not interfere in payment details or financial terms between the parties.
6 - Use of data and privacy:
- The platform is committed to protecting user data in accordance with its privacy policy.
- By using the platform, you agree to share some of your data with other relevant parties for the purposes of facilitating the business process.
- No party has the right to use the data of other parties outside the scope of the platform.
7 - Content and Responsibility:
- Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information and data they provide on the platform.
- The platform is not responsible for any damage resulting from the interaction between purchasing officials and suppliers or for the validity of the quotations submitted.
- The platform is not responsible for any dispute that may arise between buyers and suppliers.

- Your continued use of the platform after updating the terms is considered an implicit acceptance of the amended terms.
9 - Suspension or cancellation:
